Hello Sir, I have a doubt regarding two way anova. Can I do two-way ANOVA if I have a control without drug and concentration as zero? Also if one of the drug dose level is 0.25, 0.5? Thank you

It's correct. Some time some persons use one or two controls for one experiment. Ur treatment is correct.
