Great tutorial. Really helpful for a project that I am currently working on. I do have a certain question though. how did you determine the value of this LDR_MIN and set it to 950. Like how would one know that when a person is not standing and blocking LDR1, the value would read more than 950 ? thank you.

Thank you! Yes, you can! You can use a wifi module and send the data you want to a webpage, that you would develop, to process the data the way you want, for example: store data in a database.

for some reasons unknown, after the code worked once, it fails to decrement and only increments in both directions. Is there anything I would have to do please?

I think the reason is that when you moved from one LDR to another, you accidentally passed through the latter one twice.
