you can use 2 clamps and ruler to set your own measuring tool. we use Lagenda pump with counted air to blow the balloons same size. link to pump in the description if you like to take a look

I cannot seem to get 5 balloons to lay flat. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Under inflate them just a little bit they will sit flat easier. Hope that helps and good luck

Lovely. But there is another way to make flowers. You use a regular balloon and a 260 ballon. Believe me! Is not easy.

Yes. I already know how to do both, the one I really want to be able to do is the one with the regular balloon and a 260 balloon. I'll keep practicing. Thank you for taking the time to respond.😊
