It's a recipe that I always make whenever there's a lot of tomatoes.
If you keep the vacuum in the sealed container well, you can eat it easily and healthily for six months!
[Ingredient 1] Make it when there's a lot of tomatoes!
10 tomatoes, 1 red paprika (large size) and 5 red cheongyang peppers (you can control the spicy taste)
1. Dig out the tomatoes in the middle and place in the steamer.
2. Remove the seeds from the paprika and cut them roughly and place them in the steamer.
3. Remove the stalk of the red pepper and place it in the steamer.
4. When the water boils up, turn on the steamer, cover and steam for 20 minutes, and allow to steam for 2 minutes.
5. Let cool for a while, then grind in a food processor.
6. Store it in an airtight container and take it out when you want to eat it.
[Ingredients 2] Just the remaining vegetables are enough!

1. Slice onions roughly and place in a saucepan.
2. Stir-fry slightly with salt and oil, then add 2 tablespoons of water, close the lid and cook over low heat.
3. Prepare ingredients by cutting them into appropriate sizes.
4. Add all the ingredients cut into a saucepan, salt and mix roughly, then add 500ml of water and 3 bay leaf, close the lid and simmer for 10-15 minutes to cook the vegetables.
5. Slice the shiitake mushrooms.
6. Open the lid, put sliced shiitake mushrooms and crushed garlic in the pot, close the lid, and boil for 5 minutes.

5 pieces of old cucumber (medium size) and 1 piece of red onion
1. Peel the furnace shell thinly, cut off both ends, and cut in half.
2. Dig out the middle seed.
3. Cut neatly and in the same size with a food processor slicing blade.
4. Place in mixing bowl and marinate for 15 minutes with salt, oligosaccharide and apple cider vinegar.
5. Cut the onion in half and cut it with a slicing blade as well.
6. Drain on a strainer and place back in a mixing bowl, then add the onion and mix with a pinch of salt.
7. Add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of sand lance extract, 1 tablespoon of crushed red pepper, 1 teaspoon of organic unrefined sugar, and 1 tablespoon of organic whole grain mustard and mix well.

A Carrot
1. Shred the carrots with the function of chopping.
2. Place in mixing bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 2 to 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 1 teaspoon of black sesame, and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and put it in the refrigerator and eat it coolly.
