Today two year old, Susie is making fresh Zucchini bread with CHOCOLATE! This recipe was delish.

We were recently gifted Einkorn flour, and substituted it for regular flour and it came out great.
Einkorn is the OG of the wheat plant, and has never been modified, so it's got no GMOs, or MGOs, as Susie says.
