Thank you so much for doing this for all of us. The last two cats that I adopted were senior cats I felt because of my age, adopting an older cat would be ideal. Unfortunately, the first fellow I adopted was extremely ill unbeknownst to me. He had kidney disease and died within four years. I did everything I could for him. The next cat I adopted she was 12 years old. She also had kidney disease, and she only stayed with me for a year before she passed. I just couldn’t go through that again It’s heartbreaking. This time I have adopted a young man he is roughly 3 years old. He lived on the streets for roughly the first 18 months of his life and then in foster care for a year. They only fed him kibble unfortunately. He’s with me it’s been six months, I have him on wet food. I’ve gone crazy trying to find good brands and learn what’s good and not good. I’m also transitioning to raw. I really appreciate this list and all the information. Thank you so much it’s been so difficult and I just wanna do what’s right for him so he can live a long, healthy life with me. I appreciate all of this information so much. It’s so confusing to go alone. The information is difficult when you don’t know how to go about it.

Fantastic interview, I have a young kitten and two dogs, All raw fed but it kills me that I have to feed the 4 stray/feral cats outside my house kibble, if I could afford to feed them raw too then I would, I can only just give them fresh food toppers as much as I can. 😢
