That location above diamond city is NOT a glitch or anything. Apparently no one remembers back when fallout 4 wasn't out Bethesda said that the jet pack mod for power armor was essential to reach some secret areas. That is one of them. Your not supposed to jump around the buildings you are supposed to use your power armor jetpack mod to reach it. That's why there is a power armor station.

Cats are a big deal in Fallout because when the bombs fell, and the coming years with fighting between animals and other life, through mutation from radiation FEV in the atmosphere, and for general survival, thousands of species went extinct. Cats were among those that nearly went extinct, so they're very rare. Notice how there aren't any radiation damaged cats, like there are dogs? (aka wild mongrels). It's because they were eaten by the dogs and other creatures that spawned out of the radiation and FEV, and the only ones that survived were those that were far away from epicentres of nuclear bombs and protected by owners. just felt like writing this for whatever reason lol

What armor you find in any of the Powersuit locations is based on your level. If you make it like level 10, you'll only find maybe as high as t-60. But show up around level 30+ and it's more likely to be a X-01. You can get lucky and land a X-01 early, but it's extremely low chances.

you miss the Yangtz submarine off the coast. after you talked to the sub captain, he will give you a couple missions, which allow you to help him fix his sub. once you finished all those missions and he fixed the sub, he will give you 3 homing missile charges, where once placed, he will fire tactical nukes from his sub.

Locations that require jumping on buildings are not neccessarily glitched, they just expect you to have the Power Armor Jetpack for it

The stands glitch in and out, textures don't load and it generally looks buggy. Side note: You can drop down into the stands and enter Diamon City from there.

Another little thing, if you go to Custom House Tower, which is east of Fanuel Hall, go north a little bit and there'll be a light blue building with a sign that says 35 Court and two turrets. Go in and ride the elevator, there'll be a sentry bot and an assaultron, lure the assaultron down the ramp and kill it, then kill the sentry bot from below. Go in their little canister things and press the buttons, they'll open a door to some power armor. Depending on your lvl it'll be different armor, it'll look like T51 but in reality it's the armor that it says it is, just a little texture glitch. The power armor right there will scale with your level, so if you're like lvl 50, then you'll prolly get Xo1 MKVII armor.

For the one in Diamond City. It's supposed to be there actually. From my knowledge and the knowledge of those that have played the game, it's actually all varying on how you play the game and the interactions you have with certain characters. So it's like this. If you were to kill Danse before any of the missions you do later on, the ship would never come in and exist in your play through. Something alone those lines. I'm using this as an example to explain what I'm saying. Depends on the play through really. You can actually get up there without having to noclip, glitch jump or jetpack up there.

And technically the abandoned shack you reference second is not hidden or secret. When tasked with building the molecular relay, if you choose to get help from the minutemen to build it, an optional part of the quest to get a sensor module sends you there. So its sort of a quest location.

The location on top of diamond city is pretty mutch for users of jetpack, like there are several locations so high up that it is impossible to reach any other way than using as jetpack. Some of the locations have some minor loot like perhaps couple weapons, ammo and other whatnots..
