The PKD detective special gun is a nod (Easter egg) to the movie blade runner. It's the gun Harrison Ford uses to hunt down replicators/synths. The location where the gun is found is also a scene in the movie. For those who don't watch old movies.

The M2019 was called the .223 pistol in the original Fallout and Fallout 2. When Obsidian got to make New Vegas, they included it as a unique weapon called "That Gun" since, according to Joshua Sawyer, the lead designer for New Vegas, fans always called the .223 pistol "That gun in Fallout and Fallout 2." It's based on Harrison Ford's revolver in "Blade Runner" and could be purchased or stolen from the gift shop in Novac.

There's a decoration mod on Xbox, I've downloaded it twice and both times after downloading my dialogue has stopped working, not sure if it's a coincidence but thought I'd say. If this happened to you I fixed it by deleting, and reinstalling my game.

I wish they would make it so the lowered weapons mod only lowers it when youre not in combat, use the hidden/caution/detected thing to determine whether or not the gun is held up and ready or lowered. If they did that then i would use it but i dont really like that its always like that.

give it time I guess. that happend to me one time when I had a good 5 mods updating or downloading at once, if not, back out of mods menu and into main menu of game and then go back into mods menu and try again. if not just close the game and then open game and re try, should work as those worked for me

If only Alert Carry had a customization holotape. Being able to change your alert stance depending on [hidden], [caution], and [danger]. Shooting a weapon from the hip just looks weird since the mod forces the weapon into alert carry every time you take your finger off the trigger regardless of your condition. Putting a 2 or 3 second lag time from firing to Alert Carry would fix that. If only.

I wish there was a mod that allowed you to dual wield any weapon in each hand, and for a dlc I wish there was a DLC that allowed you to play as a robot like a assaultron or protectron or whatever and you were able to switch minds between the normal player and a robot of your choice. i started the game again on survival difficulty and i already ran into a problem. My character is suffering from infection which causes periodic damage and i an currentl level 8 with 5 intelligence. This means i cant invest one rank into the chemist perk so i can craft antibiotic and ive been getting unlucky with finding them in medkits as they are always filled with stimpaks and nothing else

ps4 has a different os so its more difficult to develop which is why it keeps taking so long as they keep running into issues. Xbox on the other hand has windows implemented into it so its much easier

Well the core of the consoles for the dev to use is easier to develop on a PS4 than on an Xbox one in the past gen it was counterclockwise. The point that actually validate what you said is that if fallout got built fully on PC and then ported to consoles then its way easier for Bethesda to put it in Microsoft console.
