Another strong video with loads of stuff. Hatton used to be a quaint town in the 1960's when we visited there. A more business hub than a village .Now,it looks neglected but I love seeing it

Probably those graves were of soldiers who fought in the first WW, they could be Ceylonese or English, some do have prominent English, Scottish names among Ceylonese as well especially Howards, Edwards, Reids etc😊

no it's not normal to have this many liquor stores in low income areas. it was just our politicians way of solving matters of poor people. but it's all going to change because of the new president and his government.
@muazunais23786 сағат бұрын
Also the income will straight go into the plantation because most owners of the stores are plantation, they will keep them addicted and dependent on the plantation and then their children will also continue like that

If it's not for liquor stores these areas will be full of illicit liqueur manufacturers and sellers . People who live in this tea estate area know most labourers men and women consume liqueur. Also cooler climatic conditions add to more consumption of alcohol. Don't worry not a single liquor store is going to be closed down by any government. Because the government collects most revenue from liqueur sales. Don't live in a fools paradise believing with election speeches. 😂😂😂😂 Soon they will open more by giving licence to their party supporters. Guaranteed 😂😂😂
