25:49 What happened with the Onryo is that it had line of sight on three of you for a hot minute before killing you, and the ghost gradually gets faster the longer it has LoS. And then, after it killed the three of you, it lost LoS, and the ghost losing its LoS speed once it doesn't have LoS anymore. So, TLDR; It had LoS, which makes it fast, and then lost LoS, which makes it slow.

I saw this one coming for a while. Grian started out doing a little warning at the beginning of each episode, likely in a serious way at first, but then over time, they got shorter and shorter. This kept on continuing until eventually it was reduced to a mere "scream!" or "boo!" or "ghosts!". I assume he knew he could only keep this up for so long. Eventually, things got so short that there was no way to go any shorter, any further down. The only option that would keep the uniqueness of this "view discretion" bit would be to make it very long, or else there would be nowhere else to go. You can always make something longer, but you can't always make something shorter, and so from the moment I saw the start of the shortening of the warning, I knew this day was coming. I knew there would be a time when Grian pulled a 180 (not a 360, someone pointed out that would make you face the same way) and would do something that nobody would ever expect... except me. I knew this moment was coming, I planned for this very day. And now we are here, and I am fulfilled. Now that I have shared my story with the world, shall rest, for if I had died before I do this I would have unfinished business and possibly become a ghost and have to listen to Grian's horrible "wHeRe aRe yOu?!!"

If anyone doesn’t watch the other three’s streams, they discussed after the cut that it was most likely the immediate line of sight on the three people killed, and that lingers for a while then slowly goes away, hence the assumption of Thaye. But after this they learned Thaye does not slow down during a hunt, it ages between hunts. That’s what I remember from that! Ghosts in this game, when it is able, get faster when it has line of sight on a player.
