This is the review of the TWOTREES TS2 10W Laser Engraver & Cutter. It is a high quality laser engraver that will also be able to cut different materials such as thin wood, plastic and more. Thanks to its 10W laser diode it can reach very high engraving speeds. It can cut Basswood in only One-PASS.

The TWOTREES TS2 Laser Engraver has a syncronized Y axis motor, a 10W Laser module with a heatsink and a fan for cooling, and a working area of 450 x 450 mm surrounded by an aluminium structure that will provide a very functional Laser Engraver. I also have a TS2 laser. I repeatedly had issues with the fire alarm, even with air assist. So, I unplugged the cable labeled 'E,' effectively disabling the fire alarm. Since I never leave the laser unattended, this has been the best solution for me, and it's been working well for two years now.

I appreciate the review, though it looks as though your main issue was that you did not use air assist to aid in cutting the plywood.

if your getting a lot of burning then either increase the speed or lower the power regardless of trying to cut in one pass, so then add another pass so you get better quality remember these laser work rather fast so a cost of an extra pass is worth it to have nice cuts also make sure you have a good pump and on :)

Hmmm - I just bought this machine. Even the last test you did had burned edges, which I don't see happening with other machines - so maybe it is the material PLUS the adjustments PLUS contacting the company , etc., etc., etc. Even, maybe, you got a machine where the beam is not perfectly aligned? That laser head is probably two 5W lasers that have to be perfectly lined up, and maybe it is not perfect because it was bumped or something. I just hope I do not have these issues!

Boa noite. Após montagem da minha máquina, não consigo colocar em home. ela da um Alarme 9. ALARM:9 Falha na determinação do ponto zero (‘homing’). Não foi possível encontrar o interruptor de limite dentro da distância de busca. Definida como 1,5 * max_travel na busca e 5 * recuo (‘pulloff’) nas fases de localização. ok Grbl 1.1 ['$' for help] [MSG:'$H'|'$X' to unlock] [MSG:Caution: Unlocked] ok Alguém pode e ajudar entender e solucionar este erro? Obrigado
