You guys are hard workers, and fun to watch! Lots of positive attitude and smiles even when we know you work so hard on the trail and then work on your video, and respond to comments. …………Lavi is fun to watch in her progress. Try to learn more about clutch friction. It’ll keep you from stalling out so much. And be careful on that slippery green grass! Be safe, and have fun!

Hello Lavi & Ollie. Great video , nice to see some back double farm lanes. Ollie explain and show Lavi how to slightly slip the clutch , it will help Lavi. And may be very useful full later farther in the trip. It will also help build your confidence Lavi. It delivers more power to the back wheel ( ie slightly more revs ) but without making the back wheel too fast for the bad muddy conditions. Lavi. You are a great bike rider , build on it Wish You Well

What impressed me the most about both of you isn't your skill but your willingness to jump right in and learn as you go. First introduced to you when you were on Adventure Rider Radio and your description of dropping Bumblebee as you left the dealer had me laughing out loud. Lavi is doing a great job and is a lot gamer then I am. I'm getting a sidecar fitted to my bike to do some bush tracks as I'm old and don't bounce very well any more. Every time she stalled the bike and pressed the button to start it again reminded me of when a lot of adventure bikes only had kick starters and every time it died you had to put the boot in to get it going again.

I'd say that terrain would frustrate the hell out of someone with many years of street bike experience. But Lavi is doing well with the limited experience she has so far. The small engine, that needs plenty of clutch work to keep it running will eventually pay off, just as having to learn to feather the rear brake and clutch it in peak traffic has helped me to do a slow walking pace well below the minimum speed the bike can actually do at idle with the clutch out in first gear...(it probably makes it look like I know what I'm doing until I actually have to stop) All this struggle will pay off in mad skills before too long, don't give up Lavi, just know that every time you get on the bike, you will get better at something, and learn something else! You're going to need a Holiday after all this hard work riding around the UK. The first few weeks of January are brilliant in New Zealand. and most of the Youtubing Adventure Bike tourist seem to head for the South Island and completely forget about what we have here in the North Island. Like the Coromandel Peninsula, down through Tauranga, Matata, Gisborne, Hastings etc, all the stuff on the East coast of the North Island. But there's the places on the west coast too like Raglan, Piha, Muriwai, 90 mile beach, all the way up to the lighthouse at Cape Reinga where you can see the distinct line between the Pacific Ocean and the Tasman Sea.

Lavi you need a real knobby front tire. No wonder your front end is sliding around. Also lower your a pressure down as low as you can on the front and back tyres. It will make a huge difference to your traction. Keep your head up looks as far down the track as you can. Look as far around the corner as you can. Your brain and your body will take care of everything else. You are doing an awesome job. Everyday you will get better and better. Best wishes

Can place names be changed? There are no laws in the UK regarding the changing of place names, even if they're considered rude. However, the decision to change a name typically involves local councils and residents, and there can be resistance to altering historical names. Back in 2018, the mailonline reported: “Yesterday residents living on a road called Bell End in Rowley Regis, West Midlands, claimed the name of the street has depressed house prices by as much as £60,000. They also claimed children are bullied at school because fellow pupils found out they lived on Bell End and so have launched a petition urging the council to rename it.” However, as thousands signed a counter-petition to keep the historic name, at the time of writing, the name remains.

Lavi, if I may, try standing up a lot more (balance is improved and the bike can move about under you more) and also as Ollie has said keep up the momentum, going slow and sitting down (although intuitive) is not the right thing to do. Believe me, it feels wrong and your brain will be screaming "sit down, slow down" but that's the worst thing to do. (You can see it works if you look at Ollie in your video at about 9minutes, he keep the speed up and the bike 'floats' along)
@davidmatthews30933 ай бұрын
Bad advice. If Lavi had stood on most of those trails she would have fallen a lot and lost confidence. Standing is not the answer.
