I get the feeling that Scully may claim he loves Halloween when really he hates it. Due to being the sole subject of bullying or being left in a scary haunted house scared at every chance. And what better way to get back at the spirit of Halloween by adding insult to injury, making it all quiet and black. That or he might be a little bit like me. His birthday might be on Halloween. And it’s hard to love your birthday when you always come in second place to a holiday every year. So he probably spend year after year having his parents or family care more about Halloween than his birthday. Again, that second part is a theory I’m pretty sure it’s wrong.

Idk but the way Skully tells his version of Halloween reminds me of the Celtic festival of Samhain, aka the origin of modern day Halloween. The quietness and the reserved parts all connects to it... So maybe Skully is really old or he's from somewhere else and not from twisted wonderland.

So Skully wants erase ghosts, and Yuu leave in a haunted dorm with friedly ghosts,I think this will be the plot point, which involves Yuu, which will not be explored, as happened in the previous events.

In scary monsters: They dorm was used as decoration without their consent and both Grim and the ghosts were harassed, but that was Diasomnia's problem to resolve. The harassment was off-screen, and Yuu doesn't feel like expressing anger at the dorm being used without their knowledge.

In endless hallowen:They agreed to the party without pointing out to Malleus that bringing the students in while they sleep and letting the ghosts possess them without consent is wrong.

In glorious maskered:Rollo's plan was to destroy all magic with flowers that drained it. In addition to not having given a scene as to why Yuu couldn't ring the bell even though the flowers didn't affect them (there is a logical explanation), Yuu couldn't give an opinion on the matter, the most we had was a brief dialogue, and the options of responses sound shallow and positive.

In playfull land(spoilers for en server): Fellow and Gidel were a big parallel to Yuu and Grim, and that wasn't explored, the only thing we got was a speech from Grim. It was possible to point out this parallel even with the two captured.

I think that like in book 6, the motivational speech will motivate mistakes. I wonder how Skully will be a threat, since until now he is at a numerical and power disadvantage, Rollo had intelligence and the flowers as a weapon, Fellow and Gidel had the park and puppets, until now Skully's only advantage, It's just that he knows that teamwork is the boys' weakness.

Skully's idea indeed has great potential. However, as intriguing as it may be, I speculate that if Halloween was celebrated that way, people would become a little too frightened on the day.

I do think his idea is interesting but i feel he explained it poorly maybe? Rather then making it seem scary and exciting he made it seem boring. Imagine sitting in a dark room with ur only light being a jack o lantern and its also dead silent, sounds meh to me. But i do think halloween is about the thrill of being spooked and how exiting it is si he got a point :D

i feel like skully is excited to have a halloween the way jack would celebrate it and is a bit disheartened that jack wants to switch it up with how the NRC students celebrate it, since to skully it seems like a snobbish way to do it as well as taking away from his (only) chance to get to celebrate a true halloween alongside jack skellington (in his mind)... but also i feel as if the NRC plans will fail much like jack's christmas failed in the NBC story and thus reverting things back to how they were, giving skully a chance to celebrate a true jack skellington halloween...? but i am not sure. either way, i hope skully realises that he is loved and even if he is weird it won't take away from his charm. let's hope things will work out! edit: corrected a spelling mistake i made at 3AM lmao!!

Damn the way they keep on fighting each other so childishly reminds me of kindergarteners or a bunch of cats going at each other loll. Also, this was just on my mind, but I'm curious as to why Vil didn't make a fuss about his skincare. Like is there even clean water for him to wash his face? He made such a big fuss about it in book 6 (which is understandable tbh). Just shocked it wasn't mentioned here, a place he'd have to spend days in without skincare?
