Are you just going to let it decelerate from 7k rpm after every pull on a stock transmission or are you going to upshift? I don’t know how that dude was so patient with you after you just trashed his transmission

Barely went to 7,000 and let it decelerate. I cut out a lot of the regular driving and normal shifts in it so you guys wouldn’t get bored with the video. It’s not the transmission it’s the clutch. The owner himself still stalls it too.we both think it’s a clutch issue. Since I had my foot all the way down on the clutch.

If the car shifts ok when it’s colder but worse when warmed up, it’s usually the clutch fluid is getting too hot, and isn’t releasing the throw out bearing all the way.

I love the Z brother definitely an awesome build I got a 03 350z all motor vq35de with lots of custom parts 4 inch intake out the bumper to 10 inch bell mouth velocity stack. Just sold my CTS V But In September im getting a 1k horsepower cts v. Always had a soft spot for these cars. Love the Nissan VQ platform. That Z is sick
