The Basics of Livestock Evaluation

Understanding what makes a good market or breeding beef, sheep, goat or swine is valuable knowledge for the decisions every livestock producer has to make. This workshop will provide basic skills in preparing youth to be better livestock evaluators which is helpful in choosing their next animal project or preparing them for livestock judging contests.
