Thank you for achieving your Doctorate degree. I am glad you are married to another Hmong doctor, just makes me that much more proud of you. I’m glad you made the right choice. Your ex just want to marry you now because of your MD/OD degree not because he love you. Totally agree. As soon as she hardened her heart in order to stay sane so she could continue studying, she should have moved out. If she needed to, she could have found a new roommate. Dr. I'm surprised too, why you kept, somewhat personal contacts for so long. It seems that at some point in growth, if relations become meaningless, then it's time to let go. But, who knows the bleeding heart. Confidence is critical in that it can tip the favor when things are murky. Culture, experience, and uncertainty, sometimes cause indirections and deadlocks. I’m jw cuz I have lots of elderly relatives who go to the dr all the time and always ask me to translate, and it’s also for a wide variety of reasons: different surgeries, common colds, ear infection, back injuries, etc.
