Like criminals, if they commit a crime, they need to be punished or they will continue doing it. These so called Hmoob leaders r master criminals. They r heartless cus they use their positions to suppress the weaker ones by taking advantage of them n lying to get their ways during a sad n stressful time when they know that you're vulnerable.
