Too bad you dont give better information like how much, if its sold, exact location, etc. Im leaning towards real estate agencies that give the important information not force you to call

There are thousands of them in Texas with a lot of turnover especially on smaller properties. Many people like me buy a small one and then upgrade to something larger.

It's better to hunt them there than go to Africa to hunt them where there isn't the population management in place. It's obvious this place has been around for many years and do a great job of managing multiple species.
