Watching this video on replay. Tip: I learned that you should score once and cut once. For instance, cut this base at 8 1/2 x 7. Score whole sheet at 2 1/8 and 4 1/4. Cut off bottom at 1 1/2 inches. Then just turn 1 1/2 inch piece over and it will be correct and already scored. This helped me. Maybe it would help someone else. Watch all your videos. I also join Mystery Monday and make the cards with you. ❤😊

I knew these techniques (except the faux watercolor) but had forgotten about them. Thanks for the refresher. I have done where I pick up color with a watercolor brush and color onto embossed images. But I didn't realize you could activate the water based markers for that long. I need to go try the faux watercolor now. It is beautiful. My favorite from this video.

I don't understand that color wheel because the colors you're using are analogous colors, not complementary. Complementary colors are on the opposite side from the colors you're using.

The color wheel is confusing. There are 2 sections across from each other that show the colors that are complimentary. You have to look at both sections to see the colors that are complimentary.

you know you are correct I did use Analogous colors meaning those colors would work together. I stated on the video complimentary and as you said that means the opposite of the colors I chose. My apologies.
