Ty Lee - Stamp on the Ground

Ty Lee is one of the strongest non-bender characters. She is strong with her chi blocking skills and cute at the same time. She is also flexible with all her cartwheeling and handstands and jumping ability. I think she is one of my favourite villains. Maybe my favourite.

Honestly, despite her perky and often carefree demeanor. If you think about it she probably trained more then anyone else in that show. her ability to run, jump, fight. Not to mention her chi blocking which must've taken years to perfect. She's easily on par with most of the benders in the franchise. And the ones that she fought were all some of the most powerful benders in the world. All this without a lick of bending, just a lot of training and talent.

infact in the first season of the Legend of Korra , the villain Amon who fights for the fair dignity and equality of no-bending humans, uses blockers (soldiers trained in chi blocking) and tecnology to defeat easily even Korra (the avatar)

I believe she is also one of the characters that were never really beaten. At least I don't remember any character that managed to beat her. Most of the time the only way to deal with her throughout the series was to somehow keep her on distance. As seen by Katara pumping her back into the machine and stuff.

I love Azula's circle of friends because they're so different. There's the Ty Lee, the gun and perky girl who can still fight, May, the goth or emo girl who still has feelings, and Azula, the obvious ringleader of the group who doesn't think she needs her friends, but has a breakdown when they leave. All so different, yet they still have chemistry.

That's actually hard to say. Sokka is a definate candidate, but there's also the Boulder, The Hippo, Jet and Pipsqueak in terms of just strength. Granted Jet and Sokka also have a great deal of technique behind them too.

What we forget is that by the end of Avatar , Sokka was actually trained by several masters and could actually hold his own against hand to.hand experts like ty-lee and even against benders. He has prob one of the best character arcs in the entire series.....and that's not easy to say considering how awesome Avatar is as a whole
