Oh I'd love a TY, my mate had one when I was a kid, but could never afford one myself, I rode an old "Dales" Trial bike, bought for £100, probably collectible now but haven't a clue where it went, put new bars on it (I snapped the originals in a crash) and part of an old plastic paint can as the rear mudlfap (also had gone bye-bye in a crash!) - we'd swap rides as mine was an old plugger we'd ride through the bogs and thrash a bit, and his was the clean well behaved TY with the oil mixer taken off so you could put premix in and run it leaner and less smoky - would love one now, when i get the room, time and the money! Anyway great project, love to see the finished item!
