Tioman, Pahang and Redang Island, Terengganu has got more crystal clear water beaches. Which snorkeling and diving is the most activity there.

The island of Penang and its beaches are all swarmed, full of Box Jellyfish. Swimming there is almost not possible.

We are currently travelling SE Asia with our toddler in tow! We are also in Malaysia and are now in Jerantut visiting the Tamana Negara national park - you guys should visit! It's the oldest rainforest in the world! We went to the Cameron Highlands last on your recommendation and loved it!

Since you are Pahang try travelling to Kuantan, Kuala Trengganu and the Islands of Perhentian, Redang and Kapas off Trengganu. You won't be disappointed

Batu Ferringhi looked like an absolutely ideal beautiful place to enjoy your vacation. The beach bar, cocktails, sunset, night market, food court were all amazing in your video.

Well, I live in Batu Ferringhi, and frankly its a far cry from how it used to be before the pandemic. It's still on okay place to visit, with plenty of food options. But do remember, food prices here are more expensive than in Georgetown. By all means come, just don't expect too much.

About 5years ago I lived in batu ferringhi in eden Seaview a a condo with a view of the beach,the beach is ok for sports like jet boats or riding a horse on the beach,but not for surfers,but I like the ambience of the place.,nice ,Malay food on the beach ,a Tiger in your hand,strolling in the night market,then makan time at long beach food court,great place for a relaxed life.The locals would love you to come, I live one hundred yards from mermaid beach queensland on the Gold Coast a beautiful clean surf beach thus I don’t come to Malaysia for the beach,sorry lah

3.50 usually Beach tourist place in Malaysia really packed during weekend.Many Family went tp beach tp takde a picnic and Relax with Friends.If u went to batu feringghi and another beach during weekdays it's Less packed and sometimes empty

I think what he meant by no spice is the chilli heat levels, which people commonly used the terms less spicy kurang pedas) or non spicy (tak pedas) when referring to wanting less of the chilli heat.

This needs some explanation. When Malaysians say the food is spicy, it usually means is chilli hot. However, no Asian cooking is done without spices, so even the mildest dish is spicy, because it has mild spices. So if you are talking about the chilli heat level, it's best to say the food is chilli hot or in Malay, its called PEDAS.

You should rent a motorcycle when you want to tour northern state of Malaysia (Penang, Kedah, Perlis) Go to out of big city. Stop at local food stall and you will eat better food taste then restaurant

@@tyandsoph just a bit further north. 1hour plus from penang. Alor Setar is the capital city of Kedah. The oldest city in Malaysia n one of the oldest in d world. We r famous with our breakfast. There are alot of food option in kopitiam. And we also hv KL tower sisters, Alor Setar tower. 😆

Hopefully Ferringgi beach remains calm peaceful not overcrowded... anyway nowadays it's swamped with immigrants from mnymar n Bangladesh.. beware some of their behaviors may be rather unpleasant to tourists...😅
