hey man, huge Tycho fan, love the video. I'm a new drummer and would love to play this style, do you have any tips or recommendations on things I should master?

Glad to hear you've started up drums ! I would recommend practicing good dynamics. Whichever exercise, rhythm or groove you practice, be very aware of your strokes. Strong accents & delicate ghost notes to contrast the notes. This will create more movement & feel in your playing ! Start slow ;) Hit me up for other inquiries/tips !
