I was impressed by this entire album, but this is the song that made my jaw drop. Some next level stuff right here.

Absolutely fell in love with this track from the first listen, this is by far the best track on the album, for me

I listened to this live, closed my eyes so that I could appreciate it better. The moment I did, goosebumps started running up and down my body. For those good 4 min I was floating, somewhere else. One of my favorite tracks for sure.

I love how nostalgia is a major theme of Scott's music, and why you can always count on him to play some great early songs at his concerts. Dictaphone's Lament is an encore essential. This album is a great mix of new influences and echoes from earlier works.

The names of all the songs on this album make me think it would be an excellent score for a space sci fi that fixated on isolation.

I listened to this when I visited Uluru in the Northern Territory of Australia 🇦🇺. Every time I hear this song it reminds me of the fantastic time I had there in the outback.

I tripped acid to this and just... wow... Our minds, Recieve consciousness, like a Flower, Recieves sunlight. And they do not produce consciousness themselfes.

Tripping on Acid with a woman like that must have been eyeopening. I've read from multiple philosophers who have articulated something similar. Consciousness exists and creates itself beyond our ability to understand and perceive in our normal waking state. It's almost like we simply receive it from somewhere else.

Sounds different from the rest of the album. I think it may be a bit of a throwback to "Send and Receive" from one of his earlier albums, "Past is Prologue", which turned 10 this year.

The album is not in vain called "Epoch", here, most likely, all styles of Tycho are collected here, from old to new.

Seems like Mr. Tycho is being a bit more cavalier with his sound choices. Kudos on that. Maybe BOC will stop calling and requesting their steez back ;)

The full experience is waking up just as the sun is rising right after the rain creating a haze, being able to see the sun rays and playing this song with good headphones with your window open breathing in that morning rain scent :')

Can anyone tell me why the dislike ratio on a lot of tychos stuff is so high? Makes zero sense to me.
