Tycho Brahe (Astronomer) was an astronomer who tried to save the Geocentric Cosmology by developing a hybrid Geocentric Cosmology. In Cosmology (Field Of Study) Tycho could not bring himself to drop a Geocentric Model. The irony is that geocentric vs. heliocentric it's actually been rendered a mute question by special and general relativity.
