I'm sure that 22mil was promised over 5 years. The 35k a week, plus additional scouting, plus facility improvements probably adds to 22mil as you head up to league 2

Nearly £4k a week for a 3 star DM in the National League 🙈 no wonder you’ve burst a huge budget for that level! The size of the squad is also crazy

I’m starting to understand why Kev hasn’t been gifted with a tycoon takeover before 🤣 Watching him spend such a decent budget at this level was frustrating when he paid some of the players £3k+ 😭

You need to game the system a bit too. Keep as much as you can in transfer budget until you have no more wage budget, otherwise players ask for more money (effectively a % of your total wage budget so it scales up) But also holding your nerve until August/September as some great players will become interested or lower their demands. Kev just goes mental and spends it all at once. Proves that FM isn't very hard

There is an option to say something like "I have nothing in particular to say at this point" on those end of season talks. It gives a slightly positive reaction from the squad and you never have to worry about clicking the wrong thing.

Dear Kev, now as you're having a front end tycoon the actual problem for you right now very probably is the fact that you're still managing the finances in a way that it's normally done. Don't do it. Don't move money from transfer budget to wage budget and vice versa. Also, you shouldn't have to give two cents to the fact if you happen to overspend. Chairman will provide the funds for you, but generally it'll happen only in cases where it's clear that you'll run out of money rather sooner than later. So, in a nutshell: don't manage your finances too well! Just spend every last dime you've been given 😁

Have you ever watched Kev? No chance of him ever managing the finances well 😂. £45k a week on that squad is absolutely awful. It's like what the AI does when it gets money.

@@DM-vo2keBeen watching Kev regularly for over 7 years now, so I'm well aware how he tends to do things 😅 However, for this current situation he's actually managing finances a bit too well. I mean, at least for me in FM24 the best way to get most money and resources out of a proper tycoon chairman has been basically more or less just forgetting the whole financial aspect even existing in the game. 98 times of 100 it works like a charm, without any input whatsoever. The remaining 2 times you just have to ask for the funds and you'll usually get them.

Like here's the things some clubs in FM in England stay part time until they get to league 2 but I've seen big clubs become part timers and vice Versa imagine doing a save where teams randomly change there club status randomly

Kev, make sure you ask for an increase to junior coaching and youth recruitment otherwise upgrading the facilities is a bit of a waste of time

If promoted, is it possible you will fail FFP once in league 2 even if you maintain the current budget? Your wage budget seems excessive for non league.
