Great video, very thorough review of everything. I drove a 2024 KIa Soul LX rental and it had wireless android auto, wondering why this one wouldn't also have that, being a higher trim. Was also wondering about the center cluster menu. I didn't see any menu where you could change various settings as i had in my 2024 rental. Did your tester not have a menu like that? Also wanted to ask you if the EX soulmate edition has a sunroof? I've seen some online with sunroofs, and I'm wondering if that is country specific or not.

I wish the Soulmate had the same exhaust coming out the middle like the GT! I also think that the GT and the soulmate should have more horsepower! One more thing… All leather seats, no fabric!!

i worry about the engine with these vehicles. especially the reliability.

I have a 2016 soul with 67k and haven’t really had any issues..( knock on wood)😂…..great on gas

@ i also have a 2016 150k miles estimated 10k from dealer in repairs due to the catalytic converter and the burning oil issue. curious if the newer vehicles have solved this notorious problem who knows

@@alannajm Kia sent me a letter stating they were extending my warranty to 15yr 200k

One thing that has improved with generation 3 I believe is the use of Multi point fuel injection rather than the GDI in the generation 2 model that I have currently.

I like the Soul, but I decided not to buy it because of the pathetic 147 horse power! And there's no turbo! PATHETIC! Also, these stupid colors for the interior like ORANGE SEATS! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! A RED CAR WITH ORANGE SEATS?! JEEEZZZEE! Whomever made these decisions should be fired!

The older years like 2022 or 2021 had turbos. Sadly stopped kinda sad honestly. Would be nice

I agree about the color interior seats. Mr. Magoo or Helen Keller could have done a better job coordinating colors.

Those interior colors look much better on the white and black Kia Soul imo. I also drove a 2024 rental, and found the acceleration more than adequate merging onto any highway, which is my usual go to test for acceleration.
