Love your reviews sis! I agree that Nars need a to do better with their shades. Nars is really one of my top 3 foundations but I don’t really have a good shade match. Macao looks perfect on you! Your skin looks so natural and pretty love it! 😍 I ordered this foundation and now I’m even more excited to try it out.

That foundation looks beautiful on your skin it melted like better I would say keep the Nars one Maco. Nars natural radiant finish is hands down my favorite foundation of all times because I personally love a skin like finish its not too heavy on face and lets my skin breath.

I’ve been seeing this all over Instagram I was so gutted I couldn’t get it in the U.K. I love the Nars natural radiant but their shades have often been quite confusing lol. Nonetheless I am just waiting to pick this up once in the U.K. it looks beautiful on the skin. My type of finish/formula from what I can see. Thanks girl, always coming through with the reviews☺️

I’m glad I watched this review first because I have Marquises in my basket in this foundation because I have the other two, soft matte and long wear in that shade. I will switch to Macau in this foundation because it does seem to be the better match! Too expensive to be shipping back and forth because the color don’t match 😫! I hope it works for me! I’m late to the party on this one but it’s pretty!

Tyrerra, if your skin is dry right now sis, I promise please try Farmacy Honey Halo. It is soo good. Last year I was doing a treatment that was drying me out and another YT'er, Jasmine Airdelle, mentioned it and it's been holly grail since. So many people love it - they dropped a jumbo of it ✅

Macao is the perfect match. Loved that you swatch the 3 differents Nars and the macao and marquises shades. Wow! the way this foundation looks after the wear test is beautiful. I would like to buy it but I really want to try the CT. I have to watch your review of the CT

If I had to choose between the Nars and CT, I’m picking Nars. It just reminds me it’s more day to day like, especially since you said it reminds you of the Fenty skin tint. I was planning on picking up the Nars foundation and getting a sample of the CT. I also say a few reviews that say the Nars foundation works best with their light reflecting powders so I was going to pick up the presses powder version (because I do not need another loose powder lol) Also, thanks for always sharing your lip combos 💜

Whew chile NARS does it AGAIN. You look amazing 🌶🥵 Also, I noticed this shade on you adjusted a bit in tone once pressed out and after it set so I’m wOnDeRiNg if the other shade would have also adjusted in the same way, softening some of that redness you were concerned about 🤔

I haven’t tried Nars light reflecting foundation yet but I think I will like it more than CT beautiful skin foundation as it’s quite thick, good for Autumn/winter, doesn’t look great without a touch up if you’re wearing up to 8hrs , CT is nice but I’ll wait for the Nars.

PHENOMENAL! The best foundation I’ve used was ‘Clinique’s Acne Solutions’ (fresh golden), it is beautiful and never disappointed me. Then I navigated to ‘NARS Radiant’ (Macao), and it has always caught much attention and wears the best. I was so excited to hear about this one without the radiance. I will most definitely purchase only after I’m done with the 4 new foundations I purchased doing the specific foundation sale at Sephora. May I say how good this looks on you and I love the look after the wear test because it makes the foundation look even more like SKIN, as if that’s possible. Oh! I’ve started back using my brush for the application of foundation and pat with the sponge afterwards. I think we all moved way to fast away from that process (brush), and it is what lays it perfectly and adheres to the skin. Also, which blush did you wear for this look, May I inquire? This shade looks like your exact match in my opinion😍🥰😍 Nar really needs some in between shades the shade should not be that far off between Nars foundation it’s n like it’s a different brand when looking at the shades swatches I think it’s the different formulas matte vs radiant/glow I got the soft matte in new caladonia and they matched me too Manaus got it home and it don’t look like it did in store I’m going to try to exchange it for Macao if that’s not my shade I’m COMPLETLY over Nars periodttt…..!!!!

I dislike the inconsistency in the shades. In radiant long wear, Macao looked great on me. But in the soft matte, marquises was better. This seems like one I have to see in store.

🚨🚨 NARS is horrible when it comes to undertones. I can always tell when I see a Blk girl on TV or in person if she has on Macaco because their face gives off a green tint. Most women around Macao are actually neutral or golden in undertone. I'm neutral/golden and the tried and true brands are: Too Faced, Dior, MAC, and Huda. I would always have to mix two NARS shades and that's a NO NO.
