Your skin color and features are so pretty! Anyway, I think both colors look amazing on you for different reasons. I'm really complicated with which one to choose....But... I would say go with 3 because I believe once you've used powder bronzer on top of the cream it will become darker and give you the Illusion of number 4 side but not as harsh .

I prefer a bronzer to be warm toned and actually bronze... That #4 shade is too cool toned and is more a contour to me. CT definitely needs a shade in between #3 and #4 that is warm/red toned but with more depth than #3. I'm just gonna stick with her powder bronzer since the #3 creme shade would be too close to my skintone and I don't need a creme contour that large with #4 when I hardly contour anyways.
