Tyler Braden - Brother (Acoustic)
If ever there was a country artist ready to set the world on fire, it would have to be Tyler Braden. He has the gritty powerhouse vocal, the expressive pen and the ability to deliver a lyric with complete conviction worthy of a headliner. Braden grew up in Slapout, Alabama just miles from the graveyard memorial to Hank Williams. With parents who fostered an early appreciation for country music, guitar-playing songwriters populating the airwaves and a group of rock-loving friends by his side, he spent much of his life blending natural influences to craft a sound of his own. His early twenties saw him playing local shows and touring the southeast while serving as a first responder in Montgomery. A gig in Music City inspired a move north, and Braden continued firefighting in the suburbs of Nashville while preparing to take his music career to the next level. His first date at the homegrown Whiskey Jam concert series in January 2017 paved his path to today: Braden recently signed a major label record deal with Warner Music Nashville. He will release his take on the NEEDTOBREATHE hit “Brother” in May, and fans can expect new original music later this year. With upwards of 25 million streams already to his name and a growing list of major tour credits, Braden is ready to fire away.

Worked with this guy in the fire service. It was immediately apparent he was very talented as a singer/player/songwriter. There are thousands of those out there. The difference with Braden is the person behind all that. He is a class act whether on a stage or otherwise. I genuinely hope he makes it to the very top.

Ramblers in the wilderness We can't find what we need Get a little restless from the searching Get a little worn down in between Like a bull chasing the matador Is the man left to his own schemes Everybody needs someone beside you Shining like a lighthouse from the sea Brother, let me be your shelter I'll never leave you all alone I can be the one you call When you're low Brother, let me be your fortress When the night winds are driving on Be the one that lights the way Bring you home Face down in the desert now There's a cage locked around my heart Found a way to drop the keys where my failures were Now my hands can't reach that far I ain't made for rivalry I could never take the world alone Know that in my weakness I am strong But it's your love that brings me home Brother, let me be your shelter I'll never leave you all alone I can be the one you call When you're low Brother, let me be your fortress When the night winds are driving on Be the one that lights the way Bring you home And when you call and need me near Saying where'd you go? (Where'd you go?) Brother, I'm right here And all those days when the sky begins to fall You're the blood of my blood We can get through it all Brother, let me be your shelter Never leave you all alone I can be the one you call When you're low Brother, let me be your shelter I'll never leave you all alone I can be the one you call When you're feelin' low Brother, let me be your fortress When the night winds are driving on Be the one that lights the way Bring you home Mm, bring you home

I lost my little brother to suicide 3 years ago and this song rings true to how I felt about him. I'd have taken the bullet he put in himself. He was the first person I'd call whenever something exciting or awful happened in my life, but he always kept so much to himself. Always willing to help me out, but never asked for anything in return. I miss him so much. I realize this is a song about your brothers in trade, but I feel it works out OK for my real brother, too. @alemjacobson9180

@@stormythepit4391 try having all the light inside your soul being stolen from you and then on top of that having your emotion to fall in love taken away and your emotion to feel love taken away and your emotion of happiness being stolen from you as well. None of you humans will ever know what any of that is like. Because youd to have to be in that hell that I was in. And none of you will ever experience it. I was tortured by these shadow beings for 3 months they took all that away. The only thing they didnt fully take away was my soul because I fought like hell and survived the only way to survive was with willpower alone. That hellish dimension was bare minimum millions of times worse then hell on earth and yes that hell I was in was far worse then satans hell. That guy that tries to claim hes a monster most likely just had his heart Broken that is nothing. That's childs play compared to real hell. That's like a walk through a field of flowers. All you humans are weak. I gained so much power after surviving in that hell. I have enough power to destroy the devil himself and I could destroy this planet with my power if I wanted too as well. But luckily for you humans I dont want to do that. I have powers you humans couldn't comprehend. And yes I am human. However I'm nothing like the rest of you. I'm the strongest human that has ever lived and it isnt even close

My brother passed away on the 21st of August very tragically. The detective identified him by his prints.😭😓 He was my true rock. Us kids were all adopted into separate homes. We reunited five years ago after a dna test almost 30 years later. Never separated again and we were best friends. A bond I can’t explain. I’ve had this song on repeat for days. Playing this at his celebration of life on November 4, 2023. I love you Ricky & I miss you! This hurts Bubby. Replaying our memories and my stomach is full of pain! I love you! 😓🙌🏽💪🏽💯 You are my hero! I love you dearly….. Just wanna hug you and hear you laugh…

My brother sent this to me and my other brother and told us how much he loves and how much he's thinking about us. I cry every time I hear this song. My brothers have always been there for me even though I'm what some would say the black sheep but my family don't see me that way. They love me wether I'm locked up, shooting heroin or clean and sober. No matter what they have always been there for me and have shown me the best example of Jesus. I see my Lord Jesus in my family. I'm crying writing this. This is raw emotions from a rough life to now trying to get off of drugs and the needle again. When I think I let my family down they remid me that "No you haven't let us down we love you and we're here for you always". Praise God and the Lord Jesus for my family. I love them so much. God bless you and thank you Mr. Braden for your talent and your ability to portray a beautiful picture of love for your brother (that can be anyone that's close even no blood relation). God bless you all.

My uncle died aged 35 and left behind a wife and twin girls aged three with a third baby on the way. Me and him were with each other all day everyday and we literally called each other brother. He had a terrible accident where he fell down the stairs and split his head. Although he was biologically my uncle he will forever be my brother . This is why this song will forever have a place in my heart ❤️
