Tyler Dibbing makes more sense to me, but I’d be happy with both or either. I’m sure they’d be great, the squad need to look forward to registration requirements for Europe in the years ahead - so these sort of transfers seem ideal.

If Dibling and Mcatee come in it could release Almiron, Longstaff and Barnes. We would be well placed depending on the development of Osula and would ony need a Trafford and a quality RCB like the lad at Lens. l don't think many fans understand how exciting these two players would be for the toons progression.

If I was in Eddies position I’d look for a dynamic right winger so that Murphy would have to continue his form on a more consistent basis to keep his spot, Murphy is a confidence player but black n white through and through and when he’s not firing on all cylinders tends to be guilty of trying too hard which can affect his game as he loses confidence easier. Miggy has played his part and that’s the key position for me. Another world class forward to go with Isak, Gordon, Barnes, Murphy and Wilson when fit makes a great difference to our 2nd half of season for me

I think we should look at Harwood-bellis when Sou are relegated. England u-21 captain, couple of seasons playing week in and out. Decent passer, English to add to the quota and probably a deal similar to Tino would be possible. Think Mcatee on loan with option to buy or dibling in the summer behind a more experienced purchase.

Don’t think Terry Hibbitt was a LB, he played on the wing and he made most of the goals for Malcolm Macdonald. If memory serves me right the time Terry was playing it would have been either, Frank Clark or Alan Kennedy at LB, think Irving Nattrass alternated there aswell.
