Contractors taking shortcuts. Found half empty Gatorade bottle, manual and empty chip bag in my vents when I had them cleaned. Basement not fully insulated. They use cheap insulation. I have video.

These prices outrageous for this home! It’s nice love the kitchen , but not worth the price . If I am spending that much there should be a grand foyer, big stair case , media room and crown molding.

Is basement insulated fully? My wasn’t and I Insulation was cheap.
