Its true we need equal opportunities. What Tyler did was to create his own studio and hire people who are easily denied opportunity elsewhere because of who they are, and make their dreams come true. Imagine if there were 20 people like Tyler right now, who sucked it in and realize that as much as complaints are made equal opportunities will just be rare, hence create your own.....and not only black man, black woman too.💁‍♂️
