Both are wrong regardless of circumstances. Karen had him arrested without having any real proof that Zac did it and didn't give Sabrina time to receive footage from her friend who worked at bank. Fatima is gonna allow him to sit in jail despite knowing Jeremiah is alive. Even if she wants to teach Zac a lesson, this is not the way to do it. And this comment is coming from a huge Fatima fan as well as a Zatima fan of couple.

@@OurKindofEntertainment even if Fatima was to reveal that Jeremiah is alive only the murder charges would be dropped but Zac would still be guilty of assault which is punishable by prison. Zac has a hot head but his criminal history also shows that he is violent. If done correctly Zac could be looking at prison for life because of his prior record. You know 3 strikes and all of that. So Fatima withholding revealing that Jeremiah is alive may actually work in Zac’s favor. Number 1 it would give Zac the opportunity to focus on accountability for what he has done. Zac has absolutely no remorse for his actions. Not remorse for Jeremiah but not even none for his own family and how he has disappointed Fatima and little Mikey’s with his behavior. Number 2 Zac is wayyyy toooo impulsive. He just assaulted Gary and had to worry about Gary pressing charges. Now I know that the two shows are two different universes but in each universe we are getting the same ole impulsive Zac ready to use his hands which by now are probably listed as weapons on his criminal record. So yeah Zac definitely DESERVES to take a WHOLE seat in prison to understand that there are CONSEQUENCES to his actions that are going to affect not only him but Fatima, Karen, little Mikey and his unborn children. Who wants to deal with that kinda mess after being together for only 9 months. That is enough time for Fatima to run and start over. Being thankful and grateful that she dodged a bullet and get on with her life. Especially since Zac doesn’t care about making her a single mom anyway while he continues to assault people cause it’s only gonna get worse with the kids. Can you image if someone steps incorrectly at one of his children, not major but just incorrectly and Zac is back in jail. So he better learn some self control now.

Karen was worse, she had Zac arrested for fraud but she only filed charges after she heard he had a new boo. Her friends had been telling her the whole time they didn’t think he did it. She was upset he blocked her and like I said the icing on the cake was Danni said he blocked her because of his new boo. Now Fatima didn’t send him to jail she actually tried to prevent this whole situation by not telling him at all. Zac talked to Preston, Dr Reid, Mr Tyrone and Fatima and they all told him to let this go she was fine. We all know she is upset and her issue is the fact that he is not showing remorse about this at all. At the same time we all know her she is not going to just let him sit there. She has bailed him out and gotten him out of so much trouble she is just a little tired and needs to process this like she normally does everything else. I think Connie is going to hastily run to tell him because in her head she is thinking Fatima is not going to do anything just because she says he needs to learn a lesson. But remember she has already talked to Dr Reid earlier and she knows he is coming by so she is probably going to talk to him first and when Connie sees him she is going to make assumptions. I think the teaching Zac a lesson is she is not going to be at the house when he comes home. And I am not mad at that I think the only way he gets everything with this situation and Karen is if Fatima stop laying down for him/always standing by her man no matter what he says or does. He needs a minute to realize has a whole new family on the way what is more important

Jeremy Zac is NOT INNOCENT!!! Zac beat Jeremiah so badly that he put him in the hospital with injuries that could have caused his death. There is not innocence there. Zac needs to come to a sense of accountability for what he has done both now and what he is capable of doing. Zac has a criminal history of assault that could very easily put him in prison for life if he doesn’t adjust his behavior and actions and quickly because he has children and a wife to be to consider their need for him on the outside. With that being said I believe Fatima is not trash for trying to help Zac learn a lesson and REALIZE the importance of thinking before acting because every action particularly when it come to assault has a consequence. Fatima is thinking forward because who wants to see Zac going to prison for assaulting someone and especially not for one of his children, the children who need their dad. Fatima has a family history of people who are murderers and criminals and she may have experienced seeing someone have a come to their senses moment from sitting in jail to sit and think things through. I hate when people call Fatima Zac’s mom, but how many mom’s have left their children in jail to suffer the consequences of their actions before going to retrieve their children from jail. Trust and believe Fatima is not gonna leave Zac in jail indefinitely nor if she not going to reveal the information that she has about Jeremiah being alive but she’s tired of the circle of this merry go round and she needs Zac to be forced to think, take accountability, mature and develop a sense of self control. She’s gonna get Zac but she just needs him to grow and for her to breathe.

I agree, what Fatima is doing is right, Zac does need to be accountable for his actions. Didn't he say, that he wanted not to tell his partner about him getting the money. He wanted him to suffer for the pain he caused him. This is what I call Karma, now he's in jail because he needs to eat his own words, and suffer a little, and maybe he will come to his senses. She's been in his corner, not even knowing him when he got arrested for breaking in the hotel room on her and Aaron, he had nobody to get them out for team stepped up and guess what she didn't know. I definitely agree with you that Zac sabotages his own life because he believes his fall back of his childhood is his excuse. But don’t forget Karen has been there for Zac too. Yes she belittled Zac but it was coming from the same place that Fatima is now experiencing. Karen became tired of Zac always sabotaging his life. Karen supported Zac when he went to jail, she put her own money on his books. She helped Zac’ s family financially when they needed a little here and there. Karen provided Zac with a place to stay directly after his release from jail and she maintained the house financially because Zac couldn’t afford to. Zac depended on Karen when he was with her and Fatima the same way he depended on Fatima. That is until he hit that stock tip. That’s why he paid Karen the money he did from his earnings with chainbreakers and then later from the stock tip. Karen definitely didn’t treat Zac the way that Fatima does but she has been there for him.

Fatima didn’t know at first that Jeremiah wasn’t dead. She didn’t know that the police was trying to set him up. I firmly believe that they knew that Jeremiah was still alive. In all honesty Zac did this with Bryce by wanting him to stay in the dark about Preston giving them the money..he literally said he wanted him to learn his lesson…so petty is as petty does..and I agree it’s petty on both parts but no where near the same as Karen. Karen was willing to send him to jail for life with no proof he was innocent hadn’t committed a crime; Fatima was or is going to have him sit overnight to gain perspective but she loves him and wouldn’t dare allow him to stay in there past an overnight stay. Truthfully Zac should & could have been arrested for assault especially since it’s recorded and Jeremiah is incapacitated. So while the police were wrong in the charge he still would have been arrested for another assault. Jeremy I see what your trying to say but the scenarios are different. The only proof Karen had was the credit card company saying Zac’s name. Sabrina asked Karen did she have Zac’s signature. Karen said she didn’t need it, the bank said he did it so that was all the proof she needed. Then she said to make matters worse Zac blocked her, so to her that solidified her proof. She was asked to wait as Sabrina looked into it, but like you said out of spite she chose a different route. Like I said in on your other post, I’m not saying it’s right for Fatima to let him stay in jail for a crime he didn’t commit, but at some point Zac has to figure things out for himself. He did assault someone, rightfully so. I am a Zac fan but this could have easily been the outcome. What will happen if Fatima honestly couldn’t bail him out this time. Maybe you could use the comparison when Zac was arrested for fighting Aaron at the hotel & when Karen told Andi Zac needed to stay there or something like that & Andi told Karen she needed to get him out but she didn’t. He was fighting for who he thought was his woman at the time after her telling him she didn’t want him anymore. In this case he was fighting for his woman after being told to leave it alone. He chose to handle it his way instead. But in my opinion, Karen & the credit card situation will always be worse. The fact that he was arrested in the first place for unaliving someone who is still alive is baffling to me. How did it even come about.

Legally if Jerimiah never presses charges for the assault can the police even charge zac for the crime they did not see happen in person? I get they saw a video but that isn't enough to fully charge someone. Many people have someone else that looks just like them. Even if witnesses say it was zac they would still need to prove it was zac. I think Fatima gives the info to lawyers and lets them get zac out so it technically wouldn't be her getting him out.

First let me just say that I think it's appalling for a black woman to use a jail cell to punish a black man, that happens way too much in our society, no matter what the reason, as for which devil is the worst, it would be Karen, because she did it to punish Zac, and did not give him the benefit of the doubt regarding stealing from her. I say Karen because if it wasn't for Fatima bailing him out, Zac could have went to jail for a very long time, Karen was prepared to let him rot. Although Fatima is using jail as a corrective method, is just as appalling, her actions are like that of a parent who has told their child not to do something and they do it anyway, instead of giving support regardless, she took the route of FAFO, and the fact that unlike Karen, Fatima knows that Zac is innocent.. Both reasons are disgusting and one is no better than the other. since neither could control him, they put him in a controlled environment. Things happen to men in jail, they become suburbanite to all types of mistreatment and sometimes even death.

Zac knows about all that mistreatment that goes on in jail cause he's been there before, he didn't care about none of that, so u get what u give Now he can sit his SSA there and think about what he did and just maybe he'll learn the Violence isn't the Answer

Jeremy, I don't know if you know it does not make sense that you think that she's gonna leave him there. The state has no case against him. His brother is living so maybe she's saying I want him to sit at least for 24 hours or day to realize the repercussions of his actions but by all means I don't believe she'll leave him in the jail at all to go to jail for something he didn't do come on it don't make sense you might not see it, but she is tired and hurt. If you look at that episode and see the conversation she had with him as a woman I know she's fed up and guess what he knows she's fed up.

Zac has a lengthy criminal record for assault so it might be a while that Zac will be sitting in jail. No Zac did not murder Jeremiah but he definitely did critically injure Jeremiah and put him in the hospital with the possibility of death could have occurred. Zac is not innocent, he definitely committed a crime just not murder. And Fatima should be fed up enough to leave Zac. Fatima has loss herself trying to help Zac find himself.but what has Zac contributed to their relationship other than problems. Or better yet to Fatima’s life other than ‘’D’’ and they’ve only been together for approximately 9 months. Not even a year has passed since Fatima met Zac. That’s a lot to be putting up in that little bit of time. They haven’t even begun to lay a firm foundation for their relationship. And Fatima is a mom, pregnant, waiting on Karen’s baby, getting failing grades in law school, being called a ‘’B’’ by Zac’s ex’s, getting thrown out of Zac’s house, and the hospital by Zac and Zac lying intentionally to hurt Fatima about Zac sleeping with Connie even though Zac knew it was gonna break Fatimas heart amongst other things. It’s really time for Fatima to give this up. Nine months is a short time compared to being stuck for life

The state can still file assault charges on Zac for the beating. Yes Jeremiah is alive. That just takes away the murder charges. But the charges can still be assault. Hopefully Jeremiah will drop the charges and the state will not pick them up. So he still can remain in jail for assault of his brother.

She had the audacity to even ask him are you cheating on me like WTFH? The temptation is there but Zac hasn’t cheated one time on Fatima; she should know by then. I’m so tired of people dumping on Zac but nobody dumps on Fatima when she does the same typical stuff he does. Fatima has left Zac three times at least and he’s never left her. Where was his apology for being wrong about him cheating on her? Karen TOLD Fatima Zac didn’t do nothing and she accused that man? Zac told Fatima to go home because at the time he was embarrassed that his mom was a god damn drug addict that’s why. It had absolutely nothing to do with the fact that he didn’t want her there. Karen has had a nasty attitude with everybody not just Fatima and there is a LONG LIST of people that can testify to that. Andi, Sabrina, Danni, Aaron, Pam, Zac, and then Fatima. Hell she looked down on Trey when she just first met him. She has had nasty dealings with Gary but I totally get it there. She just had one with Hayden too. Fatima is not Karen’s only victim. Fatima DID LIE intentionally though, and look what happened there? No if she had just told Zac the truth from the beginning instead of pretending like the man was slow and incompetent it might not have went down like it did with his brother. His brother hit you Fatima all drugged up he might not have meant too but he did. Zac confronted you and asked you those two questions? Did my brother hit you? Was he drugged up. That was the time to say something. Now whether he goes after Jeremiah or not I guess he did. But one thing you both promised each other is to tell the truth no matter what. I love Fatima but she broke that promise. Where are her consequences? Where’s her accountability? Why is Zac the only person that has to suffer consequences and accountability? Why is it ok that she can lie and he can’t? I’ve seen Fatima hold a knife to Gary’s neck, I’ve seen her assault Hayden, although I know why she did it. She even had people beat up Hayden too again I know why. Why again can Fatima assault people but Zac can’t?
