No it is a left over draw tag. OTC means. That you buy a general elk tag for an otc season for Colorado that is only Archery, 2nd rifle and 3 rifle seasons. Any 4th rifle is is draw only for all of Colorado. All you did was pick up a left over draw tag

@@dawntoduskoutdoors not when 2nd & 3rd season tags are literally called OTC 2nd or OTC 3rd. It means you don’t gotta draw for it or get on leftover list. The whole point to the OTC tag. I was confused. If 4th season is an otc, then I can save pts for a trophy unit while hunting the trophy season!
