Flower Boy, IGOR, and now this? Tyler's on an insane run right now

He been on an album run since Wolf, that album was beautiful and Cherry Bomb has aged like wine even though it wasn’t received well.
@gabehere3 жыл бұрын
@ugh Bastard aged pretty badly, it was cool when it came out, but the gimmick ran out and it didn't stand to the test of time. Just the level of production in Wolf put Goblin to shame, and the experimentation of Cherry Bomb, the beauty of Flower Boy and the deep heartfelt passion of IGOR, all of that makes Goblin feel extremely bland in retrospect. And now this album. Goblin really is his worst project, which is great, if it means he improved with each time.

Here’s the thing with Tyler, he is s obviously influenced by 90s hip-hop and uses a lot of those beats and sounds through out this amazing album. Which is great. So amazing. So since he is using those sounds, some kid growing up listening to this will be influenced by it and grow up to make their own music with Tyler’s influence. So the 90s sound will be reborn in that music going into the future. All thanks to Tyler. How great is that? 90s hip-hop will never die.
