Wild rift has something similar called Legendary queue. You have to be a certain rank to queue into it. Everyone's names are just "legendary player 1" etc in champ select and in game. You onlynsee their summoner name after the game

Into matchups like leblanc that can outrange you or yone who can deal sustained damage dont q or e into them lvl 1 as fizz. They are just going to auto you while you walk back behind ur wave alongside the minions that you drew aggro from. Just start w and use the AA reset to last hit then trade at lvl 3. Into those matchups either q or e then AA then q or e out whichever you didnt use to engage. Like its like taking Liss e lvl 1 e'ing into a yone or leblanc then walking back behind minions like they wont auto me to death hp lol. Also one of your matches you were on fizz going through enemy bot jgl where there were 5 of them defending tier 2 and you had a huge wave in middle and instead of going to the fight and dying fizz takes towers really fast with lich bane I guarantee you could have gotten tower and inhib instead of joining tht fight.
