theres no masters 1, 2, etc. after diamond 1 you get into masters, grandmasters, then challenger. each one has a certain amount of lp u need to get into. i think challenger is like 700lp or something.

the minimum for challenger is 500lp and for gm is 200lp but because there are many people above that elo, depending on the server there are limited number of slots for grandmaster and challengers. challenger might be top 200 or top 300, a masters may be 200lp+ because too many gms/chal are contesting higher elo.
