In Silver/Gold you cannot ever expect your teammates to not be total inters running it down with Maokai support or trolling with Vayne top and going 0/13 There is very little control to that. In Diamond/Master people at least play better later in the game, down here they play worse as the game progresses. I've seen so many throws
