He's not gonna read this but against a Illaoi her E's are the most important thing you need to dodge because if she E's then R's she heals to full, kills your spirit, and has super fast tentacles spawns AND smashes. It's best to dodge E or run away when she hits E so that her R is out of your range. Aatrox has a dash so it should be relatively easy to get away from a slower Illaoi. It sucks because even if you're out of range of her R, if she manages to kill your spirit and then R then the tentacles that spawn have no hit marker and smash quickly for like 8 seconds straight. It'll zone you out of lane entirely if you're not careful.
