I have to share a quick story…when Scott and Madison came back to The Land once they found a way to fix the incorrect fitting, they had binged watched the channel and were SO excited that they were going to be in an episode! Turns out they’re HUGE KZbin fans of watching channels like ours but the ol algorithm hadn't recommended us to them yet...I told them them they're in for a treat and not to miss reading the comment section because this is the BEST online community there is but I mean, come on…we all knew that already! Also, turns out that Ty DID get a sunburn from the insulation...he's looking a little lobstery right now but it really does make sense, the insulation looks like those metal tanning sheets everyone used in the 80s and 90s LOL. This has been so much work but like we said in the video...it's allll going to be worth it 😉

Scott was very creative with his solution to your plumbing problem. I’ve had other plumbers before who were very rigid on how they wanted to do things and they ripped out a lot of new plumbing that the previous plumber had installed only because they preferred to do it a different way. There’s always more than one way to do something and I appreciate tradesmen who are flexible. It shows they really know their craft.

That's awesome! Can you ask them what channels they like? Thank you! Here are a couple I really like Escape to Rural France (French château ruin), Wabi Sab-E (Canadian farmhouse), Tokyo Llama (abandoned Japanese house), Carl Rogers (French farmhouse), Make.Do.Grow (Portuguese farmhouse), Escape to the Dream (French château). KZbin is so fantastic for this kind of content. But of course yours is the best. Cute guys, cute animals and fantastic cinematography.

Okay guys, story time. My dad, who was born in 1920, had eyelids that were excessively long. He had to tilt his head to see. His parents and doctors decided they would have to remove some of the lids.when it was healed, they realized he couldn’t completely close his eyes. Also he could roll his eyes up and down so all you could see was the whites of his eyes. Really scared for little kids. He’d roll them, and laugh. Plus he had to sleep semi sitting due to allergies. So you’d sneak past my parents room and feel the whites of his eyes following you! True story. You two have a knack for finding saviors, the pool people are total gems! Scott truly isa savior.meanwhile I have total faith in your abilities to make it all work. I would love to see a full garden tour. I was born with Hemifacial Microsomia, basically I don't have a right ear and some of my facial muscles don't work. For example my right eyelid won't close all the way when I'm sleeping. When I was a little kid my mom would peek in my room at night to check on me and she'd think I was awake and looking at her because of my eyelid not being closed. BTW, not having an ear has actually been of advantage at times. My dad was a very loud snorer. The walls would practically shake. The rest of my family suffered from lack of sleep but I'd roll over on my good ear and enough sound was blocked I could sleep.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do a full video all about your garden(s) - even before you asked us to leave feedback to gauge interest, I was planning to ask if you’d have time for a garden segment sometime soon while everything is blooming and juicy and growing and fertile and gorgeous! I remember a time awhile ago - year or maybe two - when you spent a lot of time in a few videos, showing us how you plotted everything out, which flowers you wanted and why - which veggies and fruits - and then gave some updates on what was doing well and what was struggling. It was the whole area surrounding the dome and I vaguely recall the dreams of drowning in delicious french fries to come from all your planted potatoes!!! The world is so hectic and feels dangerous and overwhelming and unpredictable and I always find nature to be the best most soothing remedy for the anxious fearful response to turbulent circumstances. And you’ve done SUCH an amazing job with your gardens. I can only imagine how beautiful and plentiful they must be now!!!! Please if you have time in & amongst all your deadlines and home projects - I would LOVE an entire video (s) on your gardening life. ****Just a very random aside that doesn’t specifically relate to this week’s video: I LOVE it when Todd leads your construction Angel from the heavens into hilarious double entendres which I think he sometimes doesn’t realize is happening until it’s too late. 😉one of the many great joys in our time together!! It’s fun to watch and be a very tangential part of the lives of truly good, caring, smart, fun, compassionate and loving human beings.

Unfortunately during the search they found the land had once belonged to a French family who didn't even know it existed until they were contacted about selling, and they declined the offer. Watching you two build is just how I imagined that they would have worked together. Whatever you decide to show us I know I will always enjoy the banter you share (if you know what that means ? its a North of England saying ). You are right about immersing yourself in a foreign language as the best way to learn it. You will pick up on the idioms that native speakers use rather than the formal expressions. You will actually feel yourself thinking in that language. That's when you know you are mastering the language. I am also learning Spanish but find it easy as I have already learnt French. French, Spanish and Italian are very similar.

I would love a week of garden tour, actually a whole land your paths where you’re going and where you’re coming from what are you going to do around the house? Yeah great idea.

Would LOVE to see a garden tour! My husband and I used to own and run a hydroponics store and now I'm really interested in what people grow to feed themselves!! It's so much better than what you get in the grocery store. 😋 Flower gardens are an added bonus. ❤
