I have the AEV spacer lift on my gladiator mojave and it looks great and rides perfect. Just make sure to get the AEV geometry correction kit at the same time - with the GEO brackets in place you will notice a significant improvement in steering wander. And then you don't need to add the mopar lower control arms to correct the castor. Your local AEV installer will know about this combination.

Hi, I have a 2022 Mojave and was thinking of doing this. How is the lift performing with the 37's, any issues?
@michaelhart85392 жыл бұрын
I imaging you’re going to have less articulation with the AEV spacer lift than going with another suspension lift setup. I love the suspension on my Mojave, but I’d want more articulation if/when I lift it. I think the stock Fox/Mojave shock only gets 8” of travel.
@TylerPotter2 жыл бұрын
Yeah I agree, with this you aren't gaining or loosing any articulation just raising the Jeep up 2in. I just couldn't stand to swap out the awesome Mojave shocks! Thanks for the view!
@DUNEATV2 жыл бұрын
If you want more articulation get a swaybar disconnect like the Rubicon.
@MotoringAdventures_KE7SAI2 жыл бұрын
@@DUNEATV I think they’re referring to when it is disconnected. Even without an E-disco, you can still manually disconnect your sway bar. Can also get aftermarket quick disconnects. But even then, articulation (flex) is still limited by other factors, such as your shock travel.

Thoughts on the Mopar lift lower control arms vs the AEV correction plates? Up in Omaha, looking at the AEV lift myself. Have the part # handy on the lifted control arms, when I seem to only find the factory control arms.
@TylerPotter Жыл бұрын
I just hate the thought of loosing ground clearance at the front lower control arm brackets with the AEV plates. I know they would work great for there purpose but again adding a 2in lift only to lower the control arms 2 inches seems less ideal.
@stephencarbajal5657 Жыл бұрын
@@TylerPotter so your opinion running the mopar arms is a better option? I asked AEV about running those arms and they were opposed to it but also I had one sales guy tell me I didn't need the caster correction kit and then when I was going to order the kit that sales person told me I needed them and a steering dampner? If the arms work I'd consider this kit. I guess the most important is pushing the front diff forward is the most important so basically running any arms that work for 2" lifts would probably work?

I am thinking of getting this lift for my mojave. My concern is the axle alignment and geometry. Did you need to replace the oem trackbar with an adjustable one or the geometry relocation brackets. I heard some people who did this lift noticed the axle tracking off center. What's your advice. Great content
@TylerPotter Жыл бұрын
This one still had the stock track bars. The axles will be just slightly off center and you could use a nice set of adjustable track bars to center them if you wanted. Thanks for the view!

What about including the AEV geometry correction brackets as part of this lift, would that alleviate the need for the Mopar LCA’s?
@TylerPotter2 жыл бұрын
My only issue with the control arm brackets is the loss of ground clearance under the control arms mounts at the frame. It just seems counter active to lift something 2in and then lower the control arm mounts the same amount. At least out in the Kansas/ Oklahoma off-roading areas we seem to have a lot of rocks that hit our control arms mounts at the frame. If the mounts where 2 inches lower we would be on them all day long.
@andrewfischer39712 жыл бұрын
Great video. Any issues with the 37” and getting it to use the 8th gear?
@TylerPotter2 жыл бұрын
In our relatively flat Kansas roads they seem to go into 8th fine once the correct tire size is programmed, but I would assume in more hilly areas it might not want to use 8th as much. Thanks for the view!
