I've said this before on someone else's reaction vid. After hearing Emily, it makes me remember Chester even more fondly. The fact we have a new era means the old era remains on that pedestal and we will always be reminded of that era when we hear the newer music. When a new single drops and does big numbers, the sidebar will be full of old singles to listen to as well. I think people miss that idea when they think about this change.

Well… the scream in the studio track is 16 seconds, and I think this is on purpose. Another statement that nobody is trying to replace Chester; she could have perfectly held it for one more second.

She even pulled that shit off live , after the scream she continued the chorus like nothing just happened, even tho she didnt try to overtake Chester ; its honestly the BIGGEST middlefinger to any LP fans that doubted or trashed her , she was like "hold my beer" if you ever listened to Dead Sara she could have gone WAY longer ; but she decided not to as an homage to Chester

The guy walking out is Faker, "The Unkillable Demon King ", the 1st guy inaugurated to the hall of legends. He is actually considered a national treasure by the korean government, next to BTS. Basically he is the King of LOL in proplay now more than 10 years. In 2023 he won worlds, taking his 4th worlds champion title with T1 ( his team ). Here they seem to be the defender of the castle and the crown versus other high class players, because he's pro play end this year and an another king must pick up the crown . Now you know! 😉😁

10:35 yes the middle guy is Faker, the guy who has won the world championship 4 times, among many other titles. The other 4 people are actually his team. All 5 of them are defending the title (the crown) from the opposing teams (the other random pro players there) from taking it

The new tracks sound like Linkin Park and they have encouraged me to dust off the old music and watch the old videos. New LP sound so much better than the stuff I hear on the radio that I’m looking forward to the new album.

Mike and the other 2 folks from the band whose names I don’t remember confounded the band so if they decided to keep the name it’s their choice. Also is Mike who composes music and lyrics. He’s the brain and always been the brain behind them! I’m just so happy that they’re back and I love Emily’s voice ! She’s fire and fits in the band! I loved Chester but he’s gone and he will not come back so let’s give them a chance and give Emily a chance ❤🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

So the "king" at the end of the video is Faker who's the star player of T1 that won worlds last year, but the 4 others won worlds just as much as him cuz its a team game! He has won worlds 4 times and that's why he's represented that way

The narrative of the song is a tribute to "the unkillable demon king" called Faker and his team T1 being under pressure to keep(!) the crown which is a nice change from previous world songs imo. They have shown many times them fighting in other worlds songs to claim the crown of the previous year. This time they changed it up to visualize the (possible) upcomming battles to keep the crown they earned last year. This is good promo on both sides and moreover the song applies to Linkin Park's comeback with Emily as well. The song deliberately cuts between Faker and Emily screaming "heavy is the crown" in the end because both wear a heavy crown! I think it fits perfectly.

actually the team is called T1 and all 4 characters that comes from the castle are the members of T1. they won the worlds last year, the king here is 'Faker' he is the biggest personality in all of esports and is also the member of the same team

Yes, you are right. They show last Worlds winners team T1, and their main player Faker won Worlds 4 times, so he is an unquestionable GOAT of LOL esports. Every other teams are pretending to his crown. I agree about Emily - she is great and she has not to replace Chester. Her own personality fits perfect for LP`s new beginning. Glad for this great return and happy that LP and RIOT made collab.

This is new Linkin Park. People need to get used to it cause there will be a lot of it. In fact it's Linkin Park that brought me to this video. And if someone doesn't like it, then why do they watch it?😂 My enjoyment of this isn't anyone's problem.😃 Great reaction!

my message to RIOT - MAKE THIS GAME IN THE TRAILER. if you do it will make apex legends, fortnite et al completely obsolete soon as it comes out. if it was just an rpg i would buy it, but i think it would wipe the floor with most FPS games too if you did this. especially if we could put our faces on our character with AI.
