Hey Erick like the " one grade below armor-piercing steel" on the loader comment--- have one of these loaders ordered for an older 1988 little Massey-Ferguson. And a way "kool" vidio shot of the Porcupine climbing the tree. A very good suggestion on ONLY using low range for "working" the tractor. Thanks for the great Video Sir and happy safe tractoring. Can't waite for a THOUSAND Hour review.

I just bought my first tractor, a TYM T264 and man let me tell ya, they know what they’re doing when they build their tractors. I have a friend that is a Deere dealer and he gave me some crap, but like you said, I could spend $5k more for green paint, but also I’d have a few hundred pound less lift capabilities in the FEL and the 3point if had gone with the Deere. So I’m more than happy with my decision going with the TYM.

Hi Mike, welcome to the tractor family!! and thank you for commenting. Ya, don't get me wrong, I have nothing against ANY of the other tractor brands. I borrowed a Kubota from a friend of mine once and loved it. Just don't agree with the price tags... I know, u get it. I'm in the process of the 50 hour service right now. Check back later for that vid. Thanks for subscribing!!

Hi! Great to have you follow along with us. I'm going to be doing the 50 hour service soon. It was really tough to find the right kind of hydraulic oil. Not because of the tractor itself but because of the way things are right now. Let me know if you have any questions and thanks for watching!!

@@thesowerspatch8918 Do you happen to know the maximum weight the loader will lift?
@thesowerspatch89183 жыл бұрын
I know, they don't always make things easy to find. It says 1534 lbs. I've been testing it with some pretty huge rocks in my back yard. No problems so far. That's without ballast too.

I believe the loader capacity is roughly 1380 lbs and 3 pt hitch is approx 1500 lbs 11 to 1200 lbs 24" after hitch

Hi Bob, thank you for the correction. The loader bucket does hold 1380lbs. 1534 rear.

I bought a RK 25 which is a twin to you T 25 and I like it a lot. Watched your 50 service yesterday, nice job. How is your dealer service? The biggest and only issue I have with mine is Rural King service. They really aren’t much help with the concerns or questions I’ve presented to them. Good luck. Happy Holidays to you and your family.
@thesowerspatch89182 жыл бұрын
I was heavily leaning towards the rk brand myself simply because of the extras they offered with the rk24 that most places charge extra for. It ultimately came down to the service and I couldn't be happier. If I have a question/problem, I email the tractor manager and he gets back to me the same day. Where are you from? I know that IF you have a TYM dealer near you, they would probably help you. Even though they'd be more willing to help someone who bought from them (at least that's what they told me). I hope it all works out for you. Thank you for the comment!! Merry Christmas to you and your family as well.

Could you please advise the vertical height of the tractor, with the ROPS folded down. Does it fold down easy fir entering garage...Thanx
@thesowerspatch8918 Жыл бұрын
I can't give you an exact number since I took mine off but when they were on, it did not fit in a standard garage opening. Straight rops would have been way better

Heh, nice to see someone else making a video on the Tym t25. Great Job. Don't believe Tym makes Mahindra, they, Hope I am not wrong. 2 things I would like to see on these tractors are. Tilt strg and a different designed ROPS, It would be very hard to put a Canopy on this tractor if you wanted some Shade. Hope to see more videos from you. Thanks
@thesowerspatch89183 жыл бұрын
Actually, TYM does make Mahindra tractors. Here is a quote from my TYM dealer. "I always make sure I tell people how they havent seen them before or heard a lot about them because of their former contracts with mahindra and other companies they were building for that prohibited them from selling here so that's why they didnt start selling in the United States until 2004 but some of the companies they have been building for have been in the US since the 70s." I appreciate your comment and thanks for watching!

Also, I agree 100% about the ROPS.

Wondering how tall are you and are you comfortable on that tractor
@thesowerspatch89185 ай бұрын
Average, about 5'10" and very comfortable. The seat moves quite a bit. Now, if you're a very large individual with size 16 shoes, it might be a little tight. That's why we say, buy the biggest tractor that you can afford.

Thanks for watching and commenting! I think I have almost 86 hrs right now. I have Deere and Kubota dealers around me but I'm not impressed with either of them. I have a 6' land plane coming next month. Can't wait to see how "Little Tymmy" handles it.

The t 25 went to a single stage gear pump unlike the dual stage in the 264. Does that affect the tractor when trying to drive steer and lift at the same time?
