I'm type A type of personality And i seem that type A personality Employes are needed in any organisation. Because they motivate themselves quickly when something bad happens in their life & they are actually like doing things in a correct and right way Their negative behaviour cannot influence the company decisions and environment into which they are working.

Type 'A' personality are gems of all organizations and offices....Normally private sector hires only Type A..But in Govt. Organizations where Policy makers are a top priority ...deep think tanks are preferred of Type B personality e.g DM, DC, Cabinet Secretary
