Because It's a cool addition which has insane requierments to pull off? You need the following -Elite Grade Quincy (not really important in the grand scheme of things) -Vollstandig (not hard to get just time consuming) -Have a Quincy Medallion ( 0.1 % drop that drops on death) -Be top 100 Elo (while having all of the above) And keep in mind that you only steal it for 24 hours after which you both lose the bankai and the person you stole from gets it back
