In complete aboriton you have all POC expelled, that is why it is called complete abortion because the whole fetus is being aborted while in incomplete only partial fetus is being aborted. Someone please correct me if I am wrong

I would like to clarify about the complete abortion type about the explanation of closed cervix. Complete abortion all products of conception was possible expelled which means the cervix was open considering as the passage of the fragments and the fetus. I think the appropriate the cervix describe as open in complete type of abortion.
