I watch a lot of yaoi, but I can’t say that all anime I enjoy are yaoi. Even then, I don’t shame people for criticizing fujoshis/fundanshis. In fact, both are very problematic. I hate people who don't get characters true purpose and only support the ones they like without giving others a fair shake...cough Naruto girls for instance...take away the ships and both sakura haters and hinata hater bash them for stupid reasons that are unjustified and sorta against why they are in the series to begin with...people bash sakura for being annoying but that's her role...she sucks your suppose to hate her so by the end it feels like she changed and grew ..sure she was bland and uniteresting but her failures are meant to make us support her when she succeeds...which is rare ...hinata is not about power yet so many call her weak and shit on her for it...these people are autists and don't get subtly or growth or details cause she wasn't about gaining power to be the best fighter ...that's why they made her the way she is to show despite her limits she can still be stronger than most and be herself without changing her beliefs...but that kind of narrative goes over these idiots heads..they just want fighting and powerful moves..smdh..go watch fillers then...go watch dragonball you lazy watchers...

For me, apart from the ones you said (and btw I'm a huge fan of Fairy Tail and fully agree with you that it went downhill after the timeskip, glad I'm not the only one that thinks so even though I still love the series haha), another one I find so annoying are the anime fans that literally want to become the character from a series they're obsessed with, to the point they try acting like them, using their sounds/voice, try to dress like them and wen you point out they're being annoying by trying to act like a fictional character every day, they get so mad and offended and say they *are* that character. I really dislike shippers. Some of them are so CONVINCED that their ship not only will BE canon, but that it already IS canon. (Even though it's like a yaoi ship in like a super main stream anime or something, you have like 1% chance of that actually happening atm). It really ruins some cool friendships in anime for me. One of my former friends tried to talk me into an anime which I, from the moment I heard from it, never wanted to watch. She got really angry at me when I said I won't watch it and said that I "don't get what it's about and that the description does sound weird but it was much better and really deep." I refused to watch it, because I was so annoyed by her behaviour, which made her even angrier. That was one of the reasons our friendship fell apart. Those are the type of people I find really annoying because everyone has a different taste in anime and you should just accept if your friends don't want to watch it. By the way, the only reason she wanted me to watch it was a the "Yokai" theme of the convention we wanted to visit that year and she thought it would be great if we cosplayed the characters in the anime. My friend basically freaked on me and asked why I bothered to go to anime conventions because I don't watch that much anime. The type of anime fans I hate are the ones who know VERY VERY minimal Japanese and just shout it out or try to bring the words into conversations because they think it makes then sound cool.

Im a classical violinist and pianist, so I was curious when I started your lie in April. I didn't expect It to be amazing because it's an animated show but I was surprised. The animation for the violinist and pianist was absolutely phenomenal and they used actual classical songs. I was impressed, but surprised to see comments on KZbin videos of classical music being played at concerts or by an orchestra and stuff, written by people who thought they were classical music experts just because they had watched the anime. I won't spoil too much, but the anime focused more on the relationships between the characters and arima kosei's (main character former pianist) rediscovering his love and talent for the piano. They didn't touch much on classical music, which I'm guessing is because most anime fans don't also happen to know about classical music like me. I thought I was going crazy or maybe being to harsh but I'm glad someone else has the same opinion. The other annoying people are the ones who say that you aren't a real anime fan unless you watch it in japanese with subtitles

I find fangirls annoying. First reason they like an anime guy because he's cool and very strong and nothing deep but act like their love is hardcore when in ACTUALITY it is definitely NOT. And second they easily dump the character and run for another anime guy just because he is in fashion now and like how crazy they were for him does not matter, at least even love for an anime character should be real, or atleast don't show something you know will never last... In terms of haters having their opinions and lovers having their opinions, the thing is why we get so upset with haters is because they(mainly anti tubers who hate on SAO) just tend to ruin stuff people do like and cause giant hate wagons for people to join on. Then those people join on hating on shows with practically no opinion at all or just because they heard their favorite critic hates it, also only because it’s cool or just use their favorite critics opinion on why they hate the series as an excuse to their hatred. The two anime that take the big hit over this is mainly Sword Art Online and Asterisk War. The “____is trash” meme doesn’t make it any better. People will just make up random excuses just to use at meme on something they just want to call trash. Therefore will start causing stupid wars on the internet.
