After your review I went there for an audio system. I installed Audiblex Vision 2 in my Toyota Etios (6 years old). They literally charged me 21000 rupees (16000+Rear Camera+Bracket). (In the video Suresh mentioned 17000 in total including bracket and camera). They encourage selling Audiblex brand because no where on the internet you could find the review or price about it. But later after they installed in my car I figured out Audiblex Vision 2 (German) is just a masked product of Topway TS7 (Chinese). The audio clarity of the device is awesome and i didn't change even the company speakers despite that I could feel the clarity of audio. But for the lesser price in the market we could find a lot of Topway TS7 devices with Carplay and Android Auto with Octa Core Processor while this one is just a Quadcore Processor. Quadcore and Octacore can be felt while using the device and the octa core is faster and quadcore is slower especially when using the device for apps like amazon music or google maps. I would prefer anyone to go and look in to market for any Topway TS7 device with Octacore Processor with 2gb ram and 32gb rom instead of wasting money here. Even the camera they installed is of poor pixels (so called HD), I think they installed a different version for you in video. I should have done little bit research before going there i simply went there after seeing the review. Wasted more than 6000 bucks.

Additional Info: The audiblex Vision V2 was slow and raised my eyebrows. I installed an application called "CPU X" and checked the specification. The ram was just 1.5 GB, not 2 GB as specified in the box. And the android version was android 8 and not android 11 as mentioned in the "About Phone" of the software. We could see many manufacturers in the market doing the same because all are sourced from China and masked with specifications of their choice. Meantime Suresh contacted me after seeing the review and I mentioned all of the above. He requested to come back and change the head unit of my choice. He mentioned the difference in the price is due to the 16GB & 32GB versions. The one mentioned in the video is a 16GB version it seems. In the meantime, I did my research and found all the products are the same and all manufacturers display fake specifications in their android devices. So if you are planning to buy a new android head unit I would recommend you install any of the following apps "CPU X" or "CPU Z" or "Device Info" on the device and check the specification. I went to Car Sense again and found three products with 4 GB ram & Octacore processor. They are GEESONIC, Moco XM Pro, and Audiblex Vision V4. Since I didn't have a good experience with Audiblex I started with GEESONIC (4GB Ram + 32GB Internal memory) I installed the above-mentioned applications lively there before installing them in my car. Found that the original spec is just 2GB + 32GB and hence I skipped GEESONIC. Next, I tried Moco XM Pro(4GB+64GB), the android unit was so smooth and nice the specification exactly matched (The only Manufacturer I found an exact match in the specification as mentioned in the box). But the Bluetooth and Wireless Android Auto didn't work with my Pixel 6. Later figured out it doesn't work with Google Pixel & Oneplus alone while it worked well with Samsung & Vivo Phones etc. At last, my only option left was Audiblex Vision V4, so I tried checking the specification. Found out it was 4GB & 64GB as specified but the android version was just 9 and not 10 as specified in the box. Even after the wireless update, it showed android 11 but then it was just Android 9 (Pie). But I had left with no other option since Bluetooth connected with my Pixel, but still wireless android auto didn't work. But it was smooth and future-proof. The overall cost was Rs.32000 for the android head unit (4GB + 64GB variant) and 7000 (for the bracket, AHD front and Rear Camera). A total of Rs.39000 I spent on an android head unit for my car. I would recommend going for the 4GB + 64GB variant as their specifications are mostly original. If budget is your concern go for the 2GB + 32GB variant with Octacore Processor and don't go below that. So that it remains future-proof for the next 4 to 5 years. If you want a device just to play songs and a Camera and do not want a future-proof device then you can go for 1 or 1.5GB RAM and 16GB basic variants. Whatever device you buy try to install "CPU X" or "CPU Z" or "Device Info" on the device before installing it to your car. Pay for the exact specification. Brands don't matter because all are Chinese-masked variants.

Good information. I picked a Pioneer unit for my car and it has in-built app "weblink" to view KZbin. But.. how often one watches video in a car's main unit. If kids or family needs entertainment then i suggest to buy a tab seperately to use in car and everywhere. My view will be limit distraction to driver and also not to compromise on the audio experience.

I was wondering why the pioneer's audio was so low and lacked clarity compared with the android's audio. The first Maargazhi poove song was a remastered audio and the second audio was a normal one and that's why there's a sound difference. Sony and Pioneer are making the infotainment unit for a perfect audio experience but the androids just concentrate on the entertainment side.

But I finally chose an android system for the practicality it offers. I have a 5 year old son, he loves watching KZbin videos on long drives. Sound quality is good and varies according to the speakers you put in.

It is better to get a good mobile holder and use mobile phone for navigation, it will be faster. If you are not having a double din stereo unit, then check for a pioneer double din system with navigation and reverse camera features. Android systems within 10k budget will slow down in 2 or 3 years, just like the regular mobile phones.

RAM is main issue with Android units. You will be stuck with Android 9 or 10 with 2 GB RAM. It will be very slow. If it is a phone, you can change it every year when outdated. But a car sterio, you might want to use it for 10 years. Buy a pioneer or Sony system with Android Auto and Apple Car Play. You will get good sound quality and won't be outdated in an year.

Basically Audio specific units like Pioneer, Sony have audio processors inside. Source, preamplifiers,power amplifiers , Graphic equalisers, Atmos, surround sound, finally speakers. Its msin aim to provide audio with best clarity and control. Nowadays they come with camera facilities. But Android based systems can also play audios but its main purpose is not only audio. It can provide many facilities like iPad and notepad( it is mini computer) with internet connection. Creating videos is easy in Android with many cameras..

Yes what suresh bro said is correct if you have jazz/WRV/City then camera has 3 steps image it needs adapters without changing the cameras but not sure on clarity if you change original head unit, i kept my orginal head unit which is panasonic in jazz and only upgrade done for woofers to bring bass effect

Hi sir.... Kindly review woodman android car players.... They are claiming high quality and performance when compared to other brand android players. For example they use Cortex AMR octa-core processor @2ghz, DDR4 Ram 2/4/6 GB, QLED and OLED displays, DSP for audio and Ultrafast Touch Response. Even I tried, the apps and navigation maps are very snappy no lagging. Is it worth buying ?? And also 1280×720 @ 264ppi 2 usb inputs and 4g sim slot. 60 Wattsx4 Others have 1024x600 @ 157ppi and 50 Wattsx4

FRAUD ALERT Never go with a woodman stereo, after sales service is pathetic, once you purchase it , your money is gone even if you receive the damaged product, they won't return or replace the product, I bought a woodman stereo and the one they delivered is not suitable for my car dashboard, since I asked for a return, but they didn't place the return and refund, hence i filed a complaint in consumer helpline forum, and the next week they placed the return for the product, and its been 11 months now, my refund is not credited, i have sent several emails but they are not responding at all, now i dont have the product and i didn't get the refund. Now im planning to go with district consumer court to get my money back. Also i have to mention they are selling chinese made items with woodman stickers applied , you can purchase the same product for half the price from local shops or amazon. They are just fraudsters, you can see the google map reviews for more info.. Don't fall into a woodman trap. If so your money will be gone forever. Beware!

As per regulation videos should not be played during driving. Also Android is open source it can be flashed on any device. Problem here is to make it work with car controls, because it needs a hardware which need to be connected with Android. So Android code need to be updated to use it. So this is a market availability issue not a legal issue. What I got is this shop is very costly. Devices prices are less in online with all fittings in box

Marginally... Because the factory OEM stereos don't have enough power to drive the after market speakers, unless u install an external amplifier.. nowadays default factory stereos are tuned better for the size of car and the speaker position. Either go for a complete setup with headunit(tat will be expensive) or atleast an amplifier install else don't touch tat. In my case the aftermarket speakers sounded worse than the factory speakers..

Iam trying to convey that ,even if u install higher end speakers it won't meet ur expectations without dsp/amp and when driven via factory stereo. Iam saying that factory stereos are better matched with factory speakers. If u install aftermarket speakers u may perceive some improvement, but u won't enjoy the full potential unless u add a good amplifier with dsp or changing headunit. Tats ur query, wright?

Besides, Pioneer/Sony/Blaupunkt and many Car OEM manufacturers are all licensees of Android. Only reason they don't provide Android tab features is because of the above rules. It's not like what he said. Android is an open source and driven by a concertium consisting of multiple OEMs. Well established brands won't provide Android tab because of this very same rule. For Music product manufacturers, they can only play by the rules and can give only add music related features but adding expensive Music drivers, amplifiers and processors.
