Sir Bounced cheque ko kya dobara payment ke liye bank me lagaya ja sakta hai. Kya bank uss already bounced cheque ka payment kar dega. Sir actually maine ek cheque kisi person ko diya tha aur insufficient balance ke karan cheque bounce ho gya, but ab mere account me sufficient balance hai. Kya wohi baala bounced cheque uss person ke dwara dobara lagakar wo payment le sakta hai ya mujhko ek naya cheque dena padega. Sir please bataiye.

Yes but within three month from the date when the cheque was issued. Three month is the validity of cheque in India.

@@EasiestSolution Maine kisi ko cheque diya hai 2.60 lacs ka. Usne aaj wo cheque laga diya hai. Aaj Saturday hai. But mere account me sufficient balance nhi hai. Main Monday ko apne account me sufficient balance maintain kar paunga. Aur jaha tak ho sakta hai Monday ko hi wo cheque meri branch me clearing ke liye aaye. Tab wo cheque clear ho jayega ya bounce ho jayega

Bro I have a query, I am having SB a/c. My query yeah hai ki I m working as ancillary unit to a company. The company has taken to blank cheques. When I crossed the company, representative advices not cross the cheque. The name of the firm without date and without amount. Saying taken as security of raw materials supplied to us. My Querry is can the company or it's represtative misuse my cheques in any way. If yes how? Please advise and guide me I am in damn tension and stressed. O
